Ovaltine (also spelled Ovomaltine in some countries) is a powdered drink mix made with malted barley, whey, and other ingredients, often fortified with vitamins and minerals. It’s typically mixed with hot or cold milk or water to create a nourishing beverage.
There are two main types:
