INTRODUCTION/YEARS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE:
I have been working as a phonics teacher in some schools for about a year on a part time basis. I have also been a full time class teacher and I handled the upper primary department for about a year as well.
SUBJECTS:
I can teach Phonics and Diction. Phonics is the spelling and reading through sounds. It improves the teaching and learning of English language. As a phonics teacher, I usually start with the two individual units of sounds in English Language and then I proceed to teach how to articulate these sounds correctly.
I am particularly interested in helping students understand the basis of sounds which helps in improving their oral expressions and also finding it easy to pass oral English examinations.
I also have a basic knowledge in French language and I can teach it at the primary level.
