INTRODUCTION/YEARS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE:
My teaching experience as a junior and senior secondary teacher is of great fun as well as challenge. Teaching them require great patience and understanding. I had to learn to manage their negative attitudes moreso to be polite as well for not to hurt their innocent mind.
I had to be more adoring and minding for they were like pure sprouting flowers. I don’t know how but amid many challenges I somehow managed to win their love and respect. That is the best gift a teacher can get.
I strongly realize it’s all about my passion. Everybody has gained experience in their respective fields over some time however teaching is not just about sharing your experience, knowledge, and skills but rather developing a bond with my students that I am genuinely enthusiastic about their development and well-being. Teaching is all about becoming a bridge that connects my students with their true potential and helps them to achieve their hopes and aspirations. True education should not only clear all the academic concepts and doubts but also should let students know about the practical implications in real-world scenarios. who, why, what, where, and when should always be in focus and must be emphasized. Independent critical thinking, life skills, and the ability to contribute to society ethically should always be considered.
