MANAGEMENT
As Creative Food Director, Shade Messan possesses professional training in catering and hotel management from the National Institute of Hospitality and Tourism with an extensive experience base extending across premium hotels and prestigious catering outfits across Lagos such as Aquatic Hotel, Astoria Caterers, Rasmos Caterers, Kush Serve and Pacaeli Caterers. She is versed in the art of small chops making, Chinese dishes, African and Continental dishes, baking and cake craft.
She leads a team of creative chef and cuisine specialists, all working in unison to ensure clients are served with the very best at all times.
